Biography
Mike graduated with honors from The University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review. Mike spent 20 years with large law firms before forming Corfield Feld in 2010 to introduce an entreprofessional model to the practice of law. Mike focuses on business litigation and transactions in today's core industries for clients ranging from publicly traded companies to mom-and-pop businesses, with an emphasis on developers, retailers, manufacturers and construction contractors.
